On behalf of all members of the association that CAPS ROLL, I want our referees, our members, elected officials, business leaders, schools, associations and all the volunteers who do this why we invest in everyday life, and their loved ones a happy new year 2010. the year 2009 we will complete in a few days was marked by an unprecedented crisis of uncertainties, questions and sometimes punctuated by painful for some events.
the association was no exception, we have to face a fall in traffic jams slowed the financing of our projects. yet we have not lost hope. motivation and involvement each of you we have not been lacking during this period. and with over 40 tonnes of corks collected, we 
have helped bring smiles to children and disabled people across the Loiret department.

The crisis has certainly enabled us to remind our core values and thus we see that the most important thing is and always will be "human" and that the relationship we have forged with the people we have, always will be decisive from the point where it is based on reciprocity.
Association PLUG FLOW advance so that this serene quiet but not always with the same satisfaction and the desire to meet you, talk with you and especially to promote the realization of projects with the lifeblood of your towns.
The objective of the association will for the coming year, continue to link with local councils they are children or young adults, our actions in the context of sustainable development.
We will celebrate the hundredth joint partner in the Loiret department in 2010. It is certainly no doubt the opportunity to meet and overcome all this new stage. Before closing this message I wanted to address more particularly to all members of the association PLUG FLOW my warmest thanks for their dedication every moment by my side makes the richness of our relationship for many years.
that 2010 is rich both personally and professionally for all of you and your family. Thank you for your support and generosity that will allow us to begin this new year with determination.
